1. A package of 15 documents added to the legal framework of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation. They were signed during a two-day visit of the government delegation of Turkmenistan to Moscow. Among the signed documents is the Program of Cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation for 2023-2024, as well as agreements in the economic, scientific, technical and humanitarian spheres.

4. The President of Turkmenistan received the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament. During the meeting of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov with Chairman of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sahiba Gafarova, issues of expanding partnerships in various fields were discussed. The parties paid special attention to the development of inter-parliamentary cooperation between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.
5. From December 12 to 16 Ashgabat will host the Week of Russian Cinema and Animation. Films and cartoons within the framework of the Week can be seen in the “Ashgabat” and “Berkarar” cinemas in the capital, as well as in the Russian House. The opening ceremony will be at the “Ashgabat” cinema on December 12 at 11:45. Admission to all sessions is free.
6. During the visit of the Minister of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan Tilek Tekebayev to Turkmenistan, the countries discussed the possibility of opening a new international multimodal corridor to Russia through the Caspian Sea. The land part of the new route will run from Kyrgyzstan through the territory of Uzbekistan to the seaport of Turkmenbashi in the Balkan province of Turkmenistan. Further, it is proposed to transport the goods by sea to the Russian port of Astrakhan.
7. From December 12 to 14, Tashkent will host the XV Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS Member States, dedicated to the topic “Humanitarian cooperation - 30 years of experience and development prospects”. Within the framework of the forum, the IFES exhibition “Faces of the Commonwealth”, the ceremony of presenting the Interstate Prize “Stars of the Commonwealth” and the International Prize “Commonwealth of Debuts” will be organized.

The Executive Committee was informed of the withdrawal of the All India Football Federation's bid to host the tournament. The AFC executive committee will make the final decision at a meeting of the organization's congress in February 2023 in Bahrain. Saudi Arabia has never hosted the tournament.
