“KAMAZ” delivered two electric buses and an ultra-fast charging station to Turkmenistan for testing equipment in the Turkmen climate. This was announced during the Turkmen-Russian forum in Ashgabat by the General Director of “KAMAZ” PJSC Sergey Kogogin. “This latest equipment was presented to the hyakim of the Ahal velayat, the “Turkmenawtotransport” Agency and the Ashgabat Passenger Motor Transport Enterprise. <…> “KAMAZ” is ready to supply electric buses in the volumes necessary for Turkmenistan”, said the head of “KAMAZ”.

“In the Republic of Tatarstan, we pay great attention to the national and cultural autonomy of the Turkmens. There are already more than 3 thousand of them today”, said the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov during the forum, which started on January 19 in Ashgabat. Minnikhanov also noted that Tatarstan is one of the leading industrialized regions of Russia, which actively participates in the development of Turkmen-Russian cooperation.
