1. Ashgabat's city utility services have been working in an enhanced mode during a heavy snowfall in Turkmenistan. About 200 units of special equipment were involved in clearing the roads.

2. Russia has allocated a quota of 250 state-funded places in institutions of secondary vocational and higher education for the coming academic year for citizens of Turkmenistan. Particular attention is paid to medical and creative areas of training. For the first time this year, new areas of specialties have been added through the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. Let us note that the education of Turkmen students within the quota is at the expense of the budget of the Russian Federation. Applications are open on the portal education-in-russia.com. Registration will last until February 20, 2023.

3. The Ashgabat city administration has launched a digital services portal that will permit residents of the capital to pay for housing and communal services via the Internet. The portal located at e.ashgabat.gov.tm permits you to pay bills for water, garbage, housing and communal services - online. To do this, it is enough to have a device with Internet access and a bank card.

4. The tour of the Great Moscow State Circus has ended in the capital of Turkmenistan. The masters of the arena gave more than 30 performances, which were able to see numerous residents and guests of the Turkmen capital. The Moscow circus brought to Turkmenistan the best numbers with the participation of acrobats, clowns, jugglers and trained animals. Performances of the Turkmen group of national equestrian games “Galkynysh” were also included in the performance of Russian artists.

The State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan “Daihanbank” announces the extension of the incentive “cashback” service in the amount of 2% for non-cash payments on Goýum deposit cards, as well as bank cards of the Altyn Asyr system. The Bank informs customers that when making non-cash payments through payment terminals, “cashback” in the amount of 2% on cards will be credited monthly until June 30, 2023.

6. It is planned to build new technological facilities at the Turkmenbashi oil processing complex and the Seydi oil refinery, which will bring the depth of oil refining to more than 90%.

10. For the first time since 1976, women will return to Formula 1 racing. In 2023, it is planned to open the “F1 Academy”, a racing series and training program for women. During the year, 21 races will be held, in which 15 racers from karting and junior competitions will take part.
