Today, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari arrived in Ashgabat on a two-day visit. The high-ranking Pakistani delegation was met at the Ashgabat International Airport by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan B. Amanov and other officials.
According to the official press service of the President of Pakistan, during his visit, Asif Ali Zardari will tomorrow attend and speak at the international forum “Interconnection of Times and Civilizations – the Basis of Peace and Development” dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi.
As noted, during the visit, the high-ranking guest will also take part in bilateral talks at the highest level.
