The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation E. Aydogdyev met with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Turkmenistan with residence in Moscow Ricardo Martinez Vazquez. This was reported on the website of the Turkmen Embassy in the Russian Federation.
The Spanish Ambassador was familiarized with the main directions of the domestic and foreign policy of Turkmenistan, the constant priority of which was and remains broad international cooperation in the interests of peace.
The diplomats examined the possibilities of developing political and diplomatic dialogue, noting the positive experience of cooperation in international and regional formats, primarily within the UN.
The importance of holding political consultations at the level of the foreign ministers of the two countries was also voiced.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue working contacts.
