The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has published a press release reminding citizens of Turkmenistan who have completed their studies at professional educational institutions of the Republic of Türkiye, that in order for their professional education documents to be recognized in Turkmenistan, they must be legalized.
To do this, you must go through the following procedures:
- Certify documents in the Higher Education Department of the Education Directorate and for Foreign Countries of the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye.
- Certify documents at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.
The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan recommends that citizens of Turkmenistan who plan to study in Türkiye learn in advance about the procedure for legalizing documents on professional education in Turkmenistan.
