The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan Gurbangul Atayeva approved “The Procedure for admission children of foreign citizens and stateless persons to state pre-school and general education institutions”.
The document is registered by the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan dated December 5, 2022 under registration number 1666 and published on the legal information portal.
The fourth chapter of the corresponding Regulation states that unjustified refusal to admit children of foreign States and stateless persons to preschool and general education institutions is prohibited.
Parents or persons replacing them have the right to appeal against an unjustified refusal to the competent authorities in the field of education or in court.
