President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree authorizing the Central Bank of Turkmenistan to enter into a contract with the Turkish company Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanaýi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi for the design and construction of a new Trade Center in Ashgabat. Construction work will begin in October 2024, and the project is scheduled for completion in October 2027. This was reported by TDH.
The purpose of the construction of the new Trade Center is to create more favorable conditions for cultural recreation of the population and guests of the capital, as well as to improve the architectural appearance of the city of Ashgabat. The project includes excavation work and landscaping of the adjacent territory.
