1. The International Exhibition “International Transport and Transit Corridors: Interconnection and Development – 2024” (ITTC-2024) has started in Ashgabat. The event, organized by the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan jointly with the ES “Belli”, is being held in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country. The exhibition provides a platform for the presentation of new technologies and products in the field of transport, as well as the opportunity to establish business contacts between local and foreign companies.

During the working meeting, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that, according to tradition, he devoted his labor leave to creative work: he thought a lot, put down on paper the collected data about the glorious history of the Turkmen. 5. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with a member of the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, Senator from Montana Steve Daines. During the meeting, they discussed prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation in various areas, including political and diplomatic, trade and economic, and cultural and humanitarian areas.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received an invitation to take part in the 16th meeting of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), which will be held in the near future in the capital of Hungary - Budapest. During a telephone conversation with the Chairman of the Council of Elders of the OTG Binali Yildirim, the parties exchanged cordial greetings and noted that the fraternal relations between Turkmenistan and Türkiye are filled with new content. Yildirim conveyed an invitation to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to participate in the meeting as a member of the Council and an honorary guest, and also conveyed warm greetings from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held meetings with UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Al Mazrouei and Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Director General of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Soltan Ahmed Al Jaber. During the meetings, they discussed prospects for strengthening bilateral Turkmen-UAE cooperation in the energy sector.

8. US President Joe Biden held the annual turkey pardoning ceremony on the White House lawn on the eve of Thanksgiving. 9. A powerful snowstorm has hit Türkiye, covering the central, eastern and southern regions of the country. The current meteorological situation has paralyzed the work of more than 30 provinces. Local authorities have declared “yellow” and “orange” weather hazard levels in 13 provinces. Additionally, educational and government institutions have been completely suspended in 32 provinces. In the mountainous areas of the country, the snow cover reaches an impressive 50 centimeters. Forecasters predict that intense snowfalls will continue for at least the next three days.
