Racquet sports are the key to longevity and good health

Scientists, after conducting an experiment involving 80 people, came to the conclusion that passion for racquet sports reduces the risk of premature death.

Another study showed that tennis and table tennis players live longer than those who prefer cycling, football or running.

On average, badminton gives an extra 6.2 years of life, and tennis - 9.7 years.

Any physical activity is beneficial, and tennis and other games with rackets, in addition to improving health, stimulate brain function and promote socialization. Mail.ru reports this with reference to Northeastern Global News.
