The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov paid a working visit to the city of Arkadag, writes MIC.
The purpose of the trip was to inspect construction projects planned for construction in a new “smart” city of national importance. The head of the Halk Maslahaty got acquainted with the project documentation, construction materials and held a working meeting with the heads of relevant departments.
Among the presented projects are the general plan of the Children's Park, the lighting system and types of benches for it, designs for the buildings of the State Museum, a mosque, the administrative building of the Agro-Industrial Complex and the Agricultural University complex.
Also, the National Leader of the Turkmen people was shown the design of the emblem of the new medical-economic zone and the proposed city logo for use at the international level.
After reviewing the presented projects, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of using advanced technologies and international experience in the construction of facilities, as well as modern equipment of buildings.
Then the Head of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan held a meeting here with the heads of relevant structures, during which the pace of work within the second phase of the development of Arkadag was discussed.
