1. The first meeting of the Board of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care was held on Saturday by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan. During the meeting, the results of the activities of the Charitable Foundation were discussed. It was reported that 140 operations were carried out at the expense of the Charitable Foundation, as well as intensive treatment in hospitals for children in need of care. In addition, the pediatric departments of hospitals in the regions of Turkmenistan were provided with ambulances and necessary medical supplies. Assistance was provided to many children, modern medical equipment was purchased, and humanitarian aid was sent to foreign countries. In addition, the Charitable Foundation presented gifts to children on the occasion of significant dates, as well as to athletes who achieved high results in international competitions.

2. The first wedding ceremony was held in the newly opened city of Arkadag. The ceremony was held in the new city wedding palace “Bagt Koshgi”. The newly created unit of society - the Agageldiyev family - was presented with gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

And in the sacred Medina they visited the mausoleum of the Prophet Muhammad and his companions, famous mosques and other sacred places. During the Hajj, the Turkmen pilgrims offered up prayers to the Almighty in the name of the further prosperity of their native Motherland, the well-being of the people.

4. The “Turkmenfilm” Association named after Oguzhan has launched two new full-length feature films. One of them - the film “Composer” - is dedicated to the life and work of the Turkmen classical composer Nury Halmamedov. Another film, “The Beauty of Gurgench – Tyurabeg”, turns to history and tells the story of a teenager named Gulmerdan, who seeks to meet Tyurabeg hanym, the daughter of the Khan of the Golden Horde and the wife of the ruler of Kunya-Urgench, Kutlug-Timur.

5. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to improve the management of the maritime and river transport industry. Relevant instructions were given to the Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers Mammethan Chakiyev on Friday at a government meeting. 8. Turkmen and Russian specialist Kurban Berdyev got a job in “Dynamo” Makhachkala. The club announced his appointment on Sunday. In the 2022/23 season, “Dynamo” finished eighth in the First League of the Russian Football Championship. The Makhachkala residents will start the new season on July 15 at “Luzhniki” with a match against “Torpedo” Moscow.

Turkmen defender Oraz Atayev scored a penalty for the Russian media football club “Bas” in the penalty shoot-out against FC “Dengi” in the third round lower bracket match of the Moscow Celebrity Cup.
