1. Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov paid an official visit to the UAE. Within the framework of the visit, the National Leader of the Turkmen people visited the largest Sheikh Zayed Mosque in the UAE.
As a gift to the mosque, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov presented the Book of the Holy Quran and a prayer rug.
2. The National Leader of the Turkmen people discussed with the President of the UAE the prospects for strengthening cooperation. The fuel and energy sector was singled out among the priority areas of bilateral cooperation.
3. A memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the energy sector was signed between the State Concern “Turkmengas” and the National Oil Company of Abu Dhabi. In addition, the parties also signed an Agreement on the conditions and procedure for opening and maintaining a correspondent account between the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan and the First Bank of Abu Dhabi.
4. The resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Senagat” to elect Begench Atagulyev as the chairman of the board of the bank.

They also recreated the cistern next to it for storing food. In ancient times, Shahrislam, located 20 kilometers north of Baharden, was an ancient city at the crossroads of the Great Silk Road.
