1. Turkmenistan and China are establishing cooperation in the space sector. This is stated in an article by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov published in the Chinese newspaper “People's Daily”. According to Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan and China are opening another area of cooperation - the study and use of outer space for peaceful purposes.

2. JSC “Demiryollary” has launched a new mobile application for buying tickets for long-distance trains. The Turkmenistan Railways app is available for free download for Android smartphones and tablets. The new version of the application was developed entirely by Turkmen programmers and was created taking into account all the wishes of users.

The new CSTO Secretary General, who replaced Stanislav Zas, will head the organization until the end of 2025. Over the years, he held the positions of akims of the cities of Astana and Almaty, the ambassador of Kazakhstan to Russia, and also led the administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. The Football Federation of Turkmenistan has appointed Mergen Orazov as the head coach of the Turkmenistan national football team. Last season, “Ahal” under the leadership of Orazov won the championship of Turkmenistan for the first time in its history.
