Turkmen higher educational establishment is included in the rating "The World Young University Rankings-2022" for the first time

For the first time, the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan got into the rating of young higher educational establishments of the world – "THE World Young University Rankings-2022" that has been published recently in the British magazine "Times Higher Education". The newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan" reports it.

The Turkmen higher educational establishment is included in this rating with the status of "reporter".

The Times Higher Education rating of young higher educational establishments lists the best higher educational institutions in the world, which "age" is 50 years or less. Here, the higher educational establishments of the world are evaluated according to all 13 performance indicators, as in the flagship rating "THE World University", including criteria such as teaching, research, knowledge transmission and international relations, in order to provide the most complete and balanced comparisons available.

For the fourth time the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan gets into the international ratings of high indicators in the field of qualitative development of higher education.

So this time, having got into another prestigious rating, the Turkmen higher educational establishment was in the group of the best young higher educational institutions in the world, including the University of Abertay (Great Britain), the Russian University of Inopolis (Tatarstan, Kazan), the University of Aydyn Istanbul (Turkey), the Japanese University Hyogo, the University of Humanitas (Italy) and others, the source notes.

THE World Young University Rankings uses information on a refined methodology that allows taking into account the distinguishing characteristics of studying at young universities that have not yet accumulated a historical reputation, but have already proven well by a number of significant criteria. The higher educational establishments, which were awarded the right to be placed on the lines of the prestigious international rating table, demonstrate the increasing positive dynamics of their indicators. At the same time, the emphasis is placed on the fact that the mission of the university or institute is not just knowledge transmission, but promotion of the spiritual and intellectual development of each student's personality.

THE World Young University Rankings includes 539 universities (475 were in the same List last year) and is the first in the line of world ratings published in 2022.

Earlier we reported that for the first time the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan entered the global rating of environmental friendliness of higher educational establishments - UI Green Metric World University Ranking- 2021 and the rating of the best world higher educational establishments THE World University Rankings 2022.
