The project was carried out in two stages. At the first, correspondence, participants listened to online lectures by famous parliamentarians and government officials, after which they successfully passed the test. Only the best were admitted to the second, face-to-face stage, which took place in the format of a student business seminar. Here the guys simulated the work of parliament for 5 days, developing bills on current issues.

Anna Orlova was a member of the Security and Anti-Corruption Committee, which discussed the topic of combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism through virtual assets. Working together on the bill allowed the participants to study this problem in more depth.

It should be noted that the “Parliamentary Model of MGIMO” is a unique opportunity for young people to immerse themselves in the legislative process and gain valuable experience.
