Turkmen students were among the 500 finalists of the International Financial Security Olympiad.

More than 31 thousand young people from 7 countries: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have registered to participate in the Olympics, organized by order of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, according to the website of the Government of the Russian Federation.

"From 500 finalists - 440 Russian schoolchildren and students and 60 students from universities in neighboring countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan," Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said at a meeting of the organizing committee of the Olympiad.

The final stage of the Olympiad will take place at the Sirius educational center from 3 to 9 October.

It was decided that the winners of the Olympiad will receive additional opportunities when entering universities. Students also without passing the exams, will enter on the budget in a magistracy and postgraduate study in the universities-participants of the International Network of the Institute.

“All the test tasks for the finalists in social studies, jurisprudence and international relations have already been formed. They passed a substantive examination by Rosfinmonitoring specialists, as well as a professional test examination. But the program for the participants of the Olympiad will not be limited only to this. The finalists will have a large excursion program - they will visit the Olympic Park, the Sirius Park of Science and Arts and other interesting places in Sochi. In addition to the business program, creative performances of the participants will be organized during the final”, said Yuri Chikhanchin, head of Rosfinmonitoring.
