1. The opening ceremony of the II Turkmen-Uzbek interregional forum was held in the city of Turkmenabat, which brought together representatives of both countries to expand bilateral economic and cultural cooperation. The key areas of the forum were trade and economic cooperation, cultural exchange and humanitarian interaction. 2. The final stage of the annual state professional competition among drivers of motor vehicles was held in Ashgabat, in which the most qualified specialists of the country's transport industry were identified. The ceremonial event was held as part of preparations for the World Sustainable Transport Day and was timed to coincide with a discussion of the development prospects of the transport and communications sector of Turkmenistan.

In honor of the 300th anniversary of the great Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi, an unusual competition of artists was held in Urgench, where participants created a portrait of the classic from memory after viewing the original for five minutes. The event was held in the workshop of the famous Uzbek artist Soliy Kodirov. Students and teachers of the local sculpture institution took part in the creative competition. The winner of the competition was Asaloy Ataeva, second place was taken by Hasanboy Kalandarov, and third place was taken by Nafisa Dzhumaboeva. All other participants were awarded incentive prizes.
4. Representatives of Turkmenistan are taking part in the III International Forum “Commonwealth of Fashion”, which is being held in the Tauride Palace in St. Petersburg on November 19-20. The forum brought together more than 1,500 representatives from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The Republic of Angola is taking part in the forum for the first time.
5. The Dutch shipbuilding company Damen Shipyards and JSC “Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant “Balkan” held talks on cooperation in the production of river dredgers. The meeting took place on November 19 during the visit of the delegation headed by Kommer Damen to the enterprise in the city of Turkmenbashy. Representatives of the Agency for Maritime and River Transport of Turkmenistan “Turkmendenizderyollary” also took part in the talks. The parties discussed the prospects for cooperation in the field of shipbuilding, paying special attention to the production of dredging equipment.
6. Political consultations between the foreign ministries of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, headed by Deputy Foreign Ministers Akhmet Gurbanov and Imomi Sodiq Ashurboyzada, were held in Dushanbe. During the consultations, political and diplomatic relations between the two countries were discussed, and the importance of regular contacts at the highest level was emphasized. Particular emphasis was placed on issues of interaction within regional and international structures, in particular the UN.

1. The Italian women's tennis team defeated the Slovakian team in the Billie Jean King Cup final, which took place in Malaga, Spain.
