The State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan, in order to popularize the national heritage and history, organized a visiting exhibition at the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports.
The exhibition is dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the city of Ashgabat and the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan.
The exposition presented photographs with views of Ashgabat, Turkmen carpets, woven by skilled carpet weavers. Also, visitors from among the students and teachers of the university were shown old national costumes and household items.
