A large-scale theatrical event will take place in the capital of Tatarstan next summer – the XVII International Festival of Turkic Peoples “Nauruz-2025”. The festival, which will be held from June 9 to 22, 2025, opens its doors to theatrical groups from Turkmenistan and other Central Asian countries.
The festival organizers will begin accepting applications on December 20 of this year. Theatrical troupes from Turkmenistan, as well as groups from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and the national republics of Russia, will be able to submit their applications until February 1.
The festival Is expected to bring together more than a thousand participants representing the rich diversity of theatrical traditions of the Turkic peoples.
