70-75 million tons of iron ore reserves, which contain 20 percent of iron, were found in the Gyzylgaya-V section of the Chagyl deposit located in the Turkmenbashi district of Balkan province, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
It is planned to conduct technological tests of ore samples obtained from the Chagyl deposit. At present, the presence in it of the corresponding components necessary for the production of cement is confirmed, which is already widely used.
