Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant (CTRP) won a tender of «Turkmengas» State Concern for supply of pipes for construction of part of main gas pipeline Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) – informs Sng.Today with reference to finam.ru.
According to the information, the specialized construction units of «Turkmengas» State Concern plan to increase 214 km length of the TAPI gas pipeline. The Customer and the Supplier have agreed in the amount of $ 219 million.
At present, PJSC Sberbank has confirmed a letter of credit for more than $ 219 million from the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan. SBFEA of Turkmenistan financed the construction of the TAPI gas pipeline as a borrower from the Islamic Development Bank.
