The Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management held its second international scientific and practical conference on sustainable economic development. The event was timed to coincide with the declaration of 2025 as the Year of International Peace and Trust, as well as the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality.
The forum was attended by specialists from Russia, Belarus, Malaysia, China, Central Asian countries, and other countries. Participants included representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Asian Development Bank, and the OSCE.
The conference discussed issues of international economic cooperation, the role of financial mechanisms, marketing, and management in ensuring sustainable development, and the digital transformation of the economy and the training of qualified personnel for the modern labor market.
Conference participants noted the importance of using innovative technologies and science-based approaches to achieve sustainable development goals.
