1. “Turkmenistan” Airlines will resume passenger flights on the Ashgabat-Moscow-Ashgabat and Ashgabat-Kazan-Ashgabat routes from May 1. Sales of air tickets for the resumed flights have already begun. Tickets can be purchased at air ticket offices.

2. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the participants and guests of the International Forum on Attracting Foreign Investments into the Economy of Turkmenistan TEIF 2025, which is being held in Malaysia, on the start of its work. Among the urgent tasks of the oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan, the head of state named the development of the “Galkynyş” field, the consistent effective construction of the TAPI gas pipeline, transport corridors and power lines along the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan route.

The interlocutors noted the growth of mutual trade turnover, confirmed their intention to develop cooperation in the energy sector.
4. In addition, Turkmenistan proposed that Kazakhstan consider the issue of increasing comprehensive cooperation between the ports of Turkmenbashy, Aktau and Kuryk on the Caspian Sea, as well as creating a joint transport and logistics company to develop cooperation in the transport sector.
5. Having completed his visit to Kazakhstan, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left for a visit to the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality makes a significant contribution to strengthening peace and trust both in the region and beyond. This was stated by the head of the OSCE Centre in Ashgabat, Ambassador John MacGregor, speaking at a forum dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the OSCE and the International Year of Peace and Trust, declared at the initiative of Turkmenistan.
7. Works by Turkmen composers will be performed at the concert "Spirit of Unity" which will be held in Baku on May 3 within the framework of the celebration of the Day of Unity of the Turkic World. The concert will be held at the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic. The concert will feature folk songs, as well as works by composers from Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan and Hungary.

In “Budj Bim” National Park in the Australian state of Victoria, officials ordered the culling of approximately 750 koalas, sparking outrage among the country's population and animal rights groups.
