1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated citizens on the adoption of the Resolution "Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan" by the UN General Assembly. In his address, the head of state called the adoption of the resolution a historic event of global significance, which confirms the international recognition of Turkmenistan's foreign policy. The President especially emphasized that this diplomatic act is a high assessment of the country's humanistic policy aimed at ensuring peace and development.
2. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and velayat governors, dedicated to the development of the country's agriculture. At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Atahalliyev reported on the current state of agricultural work. The main focus was on preparations for sowing cotton, which is scheduled for March 26, and the condition of wheat crops. The head of state spoke in detail about the importance of observing agricultural standards and instructed to ensure high-quality preparation for the sowing campaign, carry out the second fertilizing with mineral fertilizers, organize irrigation of wheat fields, and take measures to combat weeds and pests.
3. The Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages invites students of language and non-linguistic universities of Turkmenistan and foreign countries to participate in the IV International Internet Olympiad in the subject "English Language". The Olympiad will be held on April 10-11. The qualifying round will be held on April 1-2.
4. A conference dedicated to the adoption of the UN General Assembly Resolution "Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan" was held in Ashgabat. 1. Scientists from China have made a breakthrough in oncology, presenting an innovative therapeutic approach that will radically transform the strategy of cancer treatment. The developed method involves the use of a genetically modified virus capable of triggering the mechanism of recognition and destruction of cancer cells by the immune system. The fundamental feature of the method is the genetic modification of the virus, which changes the structure of cancer cells, making them visually similar to foreign tissue of animal origin. Such a transformation provokes a powerful immune response, reminiscent of the process of rejection of a transplanted organ. As a result, the immune system begins to specifically attack the tumor, without affecting healthy cells of the body, which significantly reduces side effects compared to classical treatment methods.
2. Seven-year-old Samyukta Narayanan has become the youngest taekwondo instructor. The girl is officially registered in the Guinness Book of Records, setting an incredible world record at the age of 7 years and 270 days. The news of her achievement caused a mixed reaction in society. 1. From March 24 to April 17, Turkmenistan will host a series of friendly hockey games dedicated to two significant events: the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of the country's neutrality. Seven teams will take part in the tournament, including ten-time national champion Galkan and such teams as Oguzhan, Şir, Nesil, Watançy, Merdana and Bürgüt.
