As reported earlier, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to the city of Arkadag, where he got acquainted with the projects of the second stage of construction. As part of the visit, he held a working meeting with the participation of relevant leaders and reviewed the projects of the transport infrastructure of the new city, the Watan news program reports.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was presented with projects of social facilities, transport infrastructure and materials for the interior and exterior decoration of buildings.
Among them are a modern railway station, a multi-level bridge on the Ashgabat-Gekdepe highway, a trade and service complex, an arch at the entrance to the village of Yzgand, the Taychanak building at the intersection of Akhan and Kopetdag avenues, city lighting projects and types of bridge fencing.
The National Leader of the Turkmen people made several comments on the submitted projects, made adjustments and gave specific instructions to the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov.
