1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in a digital format. Several issues of state life were considered at the meeting. Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Gulmanova reported on the development of bills aimed at legal regulation of various spheres of state life. Preparations for the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty, dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the country's independence, were also discussed.
2. Deputy Prime Minister Atahalliyev reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns and preparations for the upcoming cotton harvest season. As noted, grain sowing has begun in the country's regions, and steps are being taken to conduct sowing in accordance with agrotechnical requirements. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave his blessing to the start of the “white” harvest in the velayats on September 11, addressing the honorary elders with a request to begin the harvesting campaign with the words “Bismilla!”.
3. Deputy Prime Minister Annamammedov reported on measures to modernize the enterprises of the State Concern “Turkmenhimiya”. In particular, work was discussed to increase the capacity of the “Maryazot” Production Association and the preparation of technical specifications for the design and construction of a new complex for the production of mineral fertilizers.
4. Deputy Prime Minister Geldimyradov reported on preparations for the scientific and practical conference “Digital and “green” economy - a factor in ensuring sustainable economic growth”. The forum, organized by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, will be held on September 20 this year. The conference will discuss issues of industry development, financial, economic and monetary policy, labor relations, standardization, as well as measures to form a digital and “green” economy and digitalization of the social protection sector.
5. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has appointed new hyakims to the city of Balkanabat and the Gyzylarbat etrap of the Balkan velayat. According to the Decree of the head of state, Shohrat Annamyradov was dismissed from the post of hyakim of the Gyzylarbat etrap of the Balkan velayat as “failing to fulfill the duties assigned to him”. Emin Ashyrov, who previously held the post of hyakim of the city of Balkanabat, was appointed in his place. Ovezgeldi Goshjanov became the new hyakim of Balkanabat.

8. Karachay-Cherkess State University has established a scholarship named after Magtymguly Fragi for foreign students. The scholarship is 10 thousand rubles. Only excellent students and social activists will be able to apply for the scholarship named after the Turkmen classic. “There are many students from Turkmenistan studying at our university. In the year of the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi, the great Turkmen poet and thinker, it was decided to establish a scholarship named after him for foreign students”, - said the rector of the university, Tausoltan Uzdenov.
