2. Turkmenistan has officially increased the size of loans at preferential rates for newlyweds. Now the newlyweds will be given loans up to 20 thousand manats for a period of 3 years with a 1% annual rate. Families in which the age of each of the spouses does not exceed 35 years old, and the marriage was registered not earlier than September 03, 2011, can use the preferential loan.

3. Passenger railway communication between Ashgabat and Serhetabat has been resumed. The train will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
