In the ranking of the most beautiful Christmas trees in the world, compiled by the British portal timeout, the palm went to Krakow. The Polish Christmas tree, decorated in the style of Wawel tapestries, won the hearts of the jury and spectators with its sophistication and scale. On it hang 26 thousand energy-saving light bulbs, artificial icicles and more than a thousand shiny Christmas tree balls, reports euro-pulse.ru.
Second place went to the world's largest Christmas tree in Gubbio, Italy, a giant LED installation on a hillside. Third place went to the traditional Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center in New York.
