1. The 16th meeting of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States with the participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was held in Budapest. As is known, the Council of Elders is an advisory body of the Organization of Turkic States, which includes elders of the member countries of the OTS, appointed from among prominent public figures. The National Leader of the Turkmen People Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has been a member of this Council since April 2022.
2. Large-scale preparations for the upcoming International Day of Neutrality are underway in Ashgabat. Particular attention is being paid to the improvement and festive decoration of the Turkmen capital. The city is being decorated with colorful slogans and symbols dedicated to the 29th anniversary of the country's neutrality.
3. In anticipation of the New Year celebration, festive trade will start in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, as well as in the provinces of Turkmenistan, on December 5. In addition, it is planned to organize more than 850 mobile trading points throughout the country. During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to take the necessary measures to fully meet the needs of the population for various goods in the markets.
4. The 5th China-Central Asian Foreign Ministers' Meeting will be held from November 30 to December 1 in the Chinese city of Chengdu. The event will be chaired by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. According to Xinhua, the meeting will also be attended by the foreign ministers of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
5. An international tender for auditing financial statements of banking institutions will be held in Turkmenistan. This was announced at a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

6. From 2025, London Fashion Week will completely ban the use of exotic animal skins. From now on, designers participating in the shows will have to exclude crocodile, alligator and snake skins from their collections. This is a continuation of the course towards eco-friendliness after the ban on fur introduced in 2023.
7. The Whale Protection Fund has released statistics on the death of marine mammals in the seas and oceans. The fight took place at a tournament in Saudi Arabia and ended with a knockout in the first round. For the victory, the Turkmen athlete will receive one million dollars.
9. Athletes from Turkmenistan won 9 medals of various denominations at the 22nd World Belt Wrestling Championships held in Kazan. The competition brought together about 270 athletes from 35 countries. Based on the results of all types of competitions, Turkmen athletes won three gold, one silver and five bronze medals.
