Ashgabat Passenger Automobile Transport Enterprise (JSC Awtomobil ulag hyzmaty) of the “Turkmenawtoulaglary” Agency has updated its website and mobile application, significantly improving the user experience and expanding the functionality for passengers.
Passengers can now buy up to 10 tickets at a time and return them online. A function has been added to check the ticket status by scanning the QR code on the PDF version of the document.
From September 19, 2024, tickets must be purchased on the new website www.auh.com.tm:8080 or through the updated application. The old website (auh.com.tm) will only work for purchasing tickets until September 18.
The mobile app has also undergone significant changes. In addition to a refreshed design and improved performance, it now includes features such as viewing purchase history and the ability to save passenger data for quick future bookings.
The ticket purchasing process remains simple: users need to specify departure and arrival points, select the travel date and seat on the bus, and enter their phone number and the necessary payment details. Ticket prices vary depending on the route.
JSC Awtomobil ulag hyzmaty provides a wide range of transport services, including passenger transportation by buses on suburban, intercity and city routes, as well as taxi and charter bus services. The company carries out transportation both on fixed routes and on a charter basis for legal entities and individuals.
