National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived on a working visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran. This is stated in the message of the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
At the “Mehrabad” International Airport, decorated with the flags of the two countries, the high-ranking guest was met by officials.
The visit is aimed at strengthening the interstate dialogue between Turkmenistan and Iran. It is expected that during the high-level negotiations, issues of bilateral cooperation will be discussed and new areas of interaction between the countries will be identified.
