The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Tajikistan A. Kochmuradov took part in the tenth international fair “Sughd-2024”, which was held in the city of Khujand on June 18-19.
As reported on the website of the Turkmen embassy, a concert of art masters from the Sughd region was held within the framework of the forum.
During the concert, cultural figures of the region performed a Turkmen song and dance, reflecting the friendship of the peoples of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.
“The performance of a Turkmen song is an excellent example of cultural cooperation, a continuation of the good tradition of relations of friendship, brotherhood, good neighborliness and an important factor in the development and expansion of multifaceted ties for the benefit of the peoples of both countries”, - the Embassy said in a statement.
