According to the specialist, fatigue in the evening can be caused by a lack of complex carbohydrates in the diet. To increase your energy levels, you need to add more cereals and whole grain breads to your diet.

Adrenal dysfunction can cause both constant and evening fatigue. Iron deficiency and anemia are two other causes of constant fatigue. The doctor also advised me to sleep at least seven hours a day, trying to go to bed before 12.

Fatigue, to the point of apathy and inability to get out of bed, may be a sign of depression.

If fatigue is accompanied by a slight increase in temperature, enlarged lymph nodes, pain in the joints and muscles, it may be associated with viral diseases.
