The resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Halkbank" dated February 12, 2024 on the election of Jepbarov Myratgeldi Jepbarovich as chairman of the board of this bank, the State News Agency TDH reported.
The former head of the bank, Arabov Myrat Sapardurdyevich, was relieved of his post as head of JSCB Halkbank by another Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan.
