President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed an Order according to which the State Concern "Turkmengas" donated 2 thousand tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the Kyrgyz Republic as friendly and fraternal assistance, writes TDH.
This decision was made in connection with the difficult situation in the energy sector of the Kyrgyz Republic. 53 railway tanks were prepared for the delivery of humanitarian cargo. The shipment of LNG became a manifestation of friendly relations between the two countries and the continuation of the traditions of humanism of the Turkmen people.
Support in difficult situations is especially important, and providing assistance to the fraternal people of Kyrgyzstan reflects Turkmenistan’s commitment to the ideals of humanism, the source notes.
