President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of the country, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on his ascension to the throne as Emir of the State of Kuwait, TDH reports.
“We highly value the fraternal relations between Turkmenistan and the State of Kuwait. I am firmly confident that, thanks to joint efforts, relations between the two countries will continue to develop and expand in the interests of our peoples,” says the message from the head of Turkmenistan.
Taking this opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished Emir Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah good health, inexhaustible energy and happiness, and peace, progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of the State of Kuwait.
