To date, about 40 thousand personal accounts of users have already been registered on the unified portal of government services of Turkmenistan e.gov.tm, which can use 500 electronic services.
Through the portal, citizens of Turkmenistan have convenient access to:
- payment of utilities,
- submitting applications to government agencies and obtaining certificates,
- purchasing tickets for public transport,
- electronic library,
- educational portal, etc.
The site also added the ability to provide round-the-clock online access to current information about the weather in the cities of Turkmenistan - air temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, wind speed.
Combining all government services in one place, the e.gov.tm portal launched by the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency acts as a unified information system that provides citizens, entrepreneurs and legal entities with access to information about electronic services of ministries, sectoral government bodies, institutions, enterprises and organizations in the country.
Using the public services portal, users will be able to significantly save time and money by avoiding visiting various institutions, the need to obtain copies of documents and waiting in queues.
The portal also has convenient and easy-to-use mobile applications for Android and iOS devices.
