Turkmen athlete Aysenem Matayeva won the international fencing tournament in Dubai.
Aysenem left no chance for her rivals in the under 11 age category. She left the group stage without losses, where she fought with six opponents, and then easily defeated the UAE representative in the semi-finals (10:0) and Algeria in the final (10:6).
The young fencer is training under the guidance of a coach, master of sports Vyacheslav Valerievich Voronin.
It should be noted that at the MK Fencing Academy International Epee Cup tournament, Turkmenistan was represented by two athletes; in addition to Matayeva, Yunus Tahirov also took part in the competition.
