Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Ahmet Gurbanov met with the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov during his visit to Tashkent. This was reported by the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.
The parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation and outlined plans for interaction for the coming year.
During the talks, the diplomats emphasized the importance of regular high-level and summit meetings to strengthen the partnership between the countries.
Particular attention was paid to the development of cooperation in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres, as well as to the discussion of the regional and international agenda.
