As we previously reported, in the newly opened new city of Arkadag, they are starting the second stage of construction.
The State Committee for the Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan, together with the hakimlik of the city of Arkadag, announced a tender for the design and construction of public and social facilities of the second stage of development.
According to the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, these facilities include:
- kindergartens, each for 320 places, in the amount of 9 units;
- general education schools, each for 720 places, in the amount of 5 units;
- 36 five-storey residential buildings with 30 apartments;
- 36 five-storey residential buildings with 40 apartments;
- seven-storey 42-apartment residential buildings in the amount of 24 units;
- nine-storey 54-apartment residential buildings in the amount of 14 units;
Interested parties until August 18, 2023 can submit applications and proposals to the city’s hyakimlik at the address: Arkadag, Arkadag shayoly, 30.
