On December 18, the opening ceremony of the new building of the Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the city of Turkmenbashy.
The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan Nurlan Nogayev.
In his speech, the Ambassador emphasized that the basis for successful cooperation between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan is the dialogue between the leaders of the two countries. He noted that the interaction of government agencies and the development of trade and economic ties play a key role in strengthening relations.
Adherence to generally accepted principles, common history and consideration of each other’s interests have become the basis for the strategic nature of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, said N. Nogayev, emphasizing that the established traditions of friendship and mutual support have stood the test of time and serve as a reliable basis for the successful promotion of the bilateral agenda.
As part of the opening of the consulate, a concert dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was organized, which became a bright addition to the celebration.
