The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Centre in Ashgabat has begun searching for suppliers to develop technical specifications for parking shelters and gazebos on its premises.
To participate in the procedure, candidates must have licenses in three key areas: development of construction projects (code 41.10), architectural activities (71.11) and engineering surveys with the provision of technical consultations (71.12).
The selected contractor will be responsible for preparing a conceptual sketch with full technical specifications of the objects. The developed documentation must be submitted for approval to the Chief Architect of Ashgabat for subsequent production and installation of canopies and gazebos within the framework of the tender procedure.
The OSCE Centre notes that this work is a preparatory stage before the main tender for the construction and installation of facilities on the territory of the organization.
