Starting from June 24, Ashgabat will host the Week of Culture of the Turkic States, which will last until Thursday, Mir24 reports. The opening of the Week of Culture will take place at the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater.
Various concerts, dances and folklore evenings will be held as part of the week of culture.
Delegates from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey and Uzbekistan arrived in the Turkmen capital as guests. The guests will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the Turkmen national culture, history, folk crafts and art.
