The official website of the II Games of the CIS countries has been launched. It is expected that they will be held this year in Minsk from August 4 to 14. The site is available at: belarus2023games.by, informs BelTA.
The site provides general information about the Games themselves and symbols, the host country and the host city, the Organizing Committee and the ambassadors of the Games. A news section has been opened with all the relevant information on the preparations for the second Games of the CIS countries. In addition, pages describing the accreditation procedure for the Games are available, as well as information about the partner and volunteer programs of the competition.
The opening and closing ceremonies of the sports forum will be hosted by “Minsk Arena”. In addition to the capital, competitions will be held in Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev, Borisov, Soligorsk, Orsha, Molodechno and Zhlobin.
Champions and prize-winners will be determined in 20 sports. It is expected that about 5 thousand athletes will fight for the awards, not only from the CIS countries, but also from other states.
