Events within the framework of the Days of Culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Turkmenistan will be held in Ashgabat on February 12-14. The press-center of the Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Turkmenistan informed Turkmenportal about the coming events.
On February 12, at 17:00 local time, the grand opening of the Days of Culture will take place in the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan.
On the afternoon of February 13, the Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan will host an exhibition of works of decorative and applied art, as well as a festival of dishes of national Iranian cuisine.
The festive opening of the exhibition will take place at 11:30. The exhibition will work for two days – from 11:30 to 18:00 on February 13, and from 9:00 to 18:00 on February 14.
On February 13, in the National Musical and Drama Theater named after Mahtumkuli will be held a concert of the masters of arts of Iran from 19:00 to 20:30.
Screenings of Iranian films will be held at the “Ashgabat” cinema on February 13 and 14, and the closing ceremony of the Days of Culture with the participation of masters of Arts of both countries will be held on February 14 from 18:00 to 19:30 at the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan.
