1. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan has announced an international tender for the construction of a water pumping station with a capacity of 2,13 cubic meters per second, water pumps and pressure pipelines for the installation of water supply and electric motors in Yashyl-depe.

2. The State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan intends to test and certify the issuance and maintenance of contact (EMV) and contactless interfaces of the international payment system MasterCard in the banking card system of the bank.

3. In the first nine months of 2022, Uzbekistan exported 471 tons of peaches to Turkmenistan. Peach and nectarine are an important source of Uzbekistan's export earnings in the fruit segment.

4. The start of the III International Photo Contest “Ferula 2022” has been announced in Turkmenistan. The contest will be held under the patronage of the International Federation of Photographic Arts. Works are accepted in four categories - “Free color photography”; “Free black and white photography”; “Wedding”; “Photojournalism”.

5. Residents of Turkmenistan were explained the rules for using a seat belt in the passenger compartment of vehicles. In accordance with the traffic rules of the legislation of Turkmenistan, the driver of the vehicle is obliged – when driving a car, to be fastened and not to carry passengers who are not wearing seat belts. This also applies to those sitting in the rear seats. The law places all responsibility for the lives of people in the car on the driver. In case of an offense, the driver will face an administrative fine. If a passenger who has not wearing a seat belt died as a result of an accident – bringing to criminal liability.

6. The International Festival “Handicraft and arts and crafts in the heritage of the peoples of the world” has opened in Turkmenabat. The large-scale creative action, initiated by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, is designed to demonstrate the bright and original palette of national culture, its role in the development of the state, and its huge creative potential. Representatives of the cultural sphere, artists, craftsmen from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Türkiye, Latvia and the Republic of Korea arrived in the administrative center of the Lebap velayat to participate in the festival.

7. The Museum of the Future in Dubai has a new unusual employee - a humanoid robot named Ameca. It is considered the most humanoid robot of all existing in the world. The robot’s face has a very wide range of emotions, almost indistinguishable from human ones. Ameca can depict joy, sadness, surprise or irritation, actively gesticulates with her hands and is able to recognize objects around her.

8. For the first time in history, a spacecraft was able to change the trajectory of a large celestial body. NASA's DART spacecraft collided with the asteroid's moon Dimorph and “knocked” it out of its original orbit. The mission was conceived as a test of a strategy to protect the Earth from space threats from large space objects.

9. Gulnabat Kadyrova from Turkmenistan won the silver medal in the 71 kg weight category at the Asian Weightlifting Championships in Bahrain. Kadyrova was second with a score of 219 kg (102 in the snatch + 117 in the clean and jerk). The victory was won by Yang Qiuxia from China (228 kg; 106 + 122). This is second medal of the Turkmenistan national team at the Asian Championship in Bahrain. Earlier, Yulduz Jumabayeva became the bronze medalist in the weight category up to 49 kg.

10. The match of the fourth round of the group stage were played in the Champions League. Quarters A, B, C and D entered the game. The Italian “Napoli” beat the Dutch “Ajax”, “Liverpool” have scored seven goals against Scottish “Rangers”. “Atletico” Madrid could not beat the Belgian “Brugge”, giving them the first ever ticket to the 1/8 finals of the Champions League. “Barcelona” in the last minutes got away from defeat in the match against “Inter” but now they risk not reaching the Champions League playoffs at all.
