1. Vehicles of foreign states are permitted transit transportation of goods through Turkmenistan. Trucks will be able to arrive on the territory of Turkmenistan through the checkpoint “Turkmenbashi International Seaport”, as well as the points “Altyn Asyr”, “Artyk”, “Sarakhs” and “Farap”, located on the state border of Turkmenistan.
