The champion belt of the legendary boxer Muhammad Ali was sold at auction for 6 million USD. As reports mir24, the WBC championship belt was won by Ali in 1974, after defeating George Foreman. During the auction, the owner of the “Indianapolis Colts” football club, Jim Irsay, bought the trophy lot, paying 6 million USD for the relic. Other belongings of the famous boxer were also presented at the auction, including the mantle in which Muhammad Ali entered the “Fight of the Century” against Joe Frazier.
