Kerki International Airport offered foreign airlines ground handling services and refueling with aviation fuel for aircrafts. The corresponding announcement is posted on the official website of the airport.
"In order to attract foreign airlines, Kerki International Airport sets the lowest prices for ground handling services in Turkmenistan. Kerki International Airport provides free ground handling services, with the exception of air navigation, fuel charges, for a foreign airline making a technical landing with refueling, at least, 15 tons of fuel," the message says.
To cooperate with the airport, airlines need to send an application (request) to the specified addresses: UTAAZXZX, UTAAZDZX, UTAEBFXX, UTAEZTZX.

To recap, the opening ceremony of the new airport in Kerki took place in June 2021. The air harbor, constructed by Turkmen builders, is designed to serve 100 passengers per hour, providing safe, reliable and efficient air services.
Domestic flights are from Kerki to Ashgabat, Dashoguz and Turkmenbashi.
The airport uses an artificial runway with a length of 2700 meters and a width of 60 meters. The working width is 45 meters with 7.5 meter shoulders, at the thresholds of the runway there are platforms for turning aircraft. The apron with the code letter "D" is designed for parking two aircrafts with the possibility of taxiing airliners powered by their own engines. Four (4) parking lots are provided for helicopters. The dimensions of the apron are 165 by 240 meters. The length of the taxiway is 202 meters, the width is 44 meters, the working width is 23 meters with 10.5 meter shoulders.
